Our Process
At Semula, the journey from waste to resource is a hands-on, thoughtful process. We start by collecting clean HDPE (Type 2) plastics from our community of partners. These plastics are shredded into flakes, melted down, and transformed into high-value materials.
Our materials aren’t just practical they carry a story. Each piece reflects the care, creativity, and commitment that go into reducing waste and giving plastic a second life.
